How we actually work
Every job starts with someone looking at the roof. Not a satellite image, not a photo you texted, not a description over the phone. Someone on a ladder or on the roof, with a camera.
You get the photographs. All of them, not the three that make the best case for doing work. They're yours to take to another roofer if you want a second opinion, and we'd rather you did that than wonder about it.
We sort findings into urgent, can wait, and honestly fine, because those are three different things and collapsing them into one is how people end up buying roofs they didn't need. "Nothing urgent" is a result we report regularly and it's not a wasted visit.
Nobody here works on a commission that makes a bigger job pay better. That's not a moral position, it's just how you stop the advice drifting.
What we won't tell you
You'll notice this site doesn't claim a number of years in business, a count of roofs completed, a star rating, or a wall of testimonials. That's deliberate. Those numbers are unverifiable on a website and every roofing company in Florida has impressive ones.
What you can verify is a licence. Ask any roofing contractor in this state for their licence number and check it yourself through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Ask for the certificate of insurance and call the carrier on it, not the number the contractor gives you. Ask whether the permit will be pulled in the company's name.
