Services · Lee County, Florida

Roofs, and only roofs.
Here's the list.

We don't do gutters, we don't do solar, and we don't do whatever the marketing calendar says this month. Roofs, and the paperwork that comes with roofs.

Every one of them starts with a free inspection. Photographs, a written report, and no obligation afterwards.

Roof replacement

When the roof is genuinely finished: tear-off, deck, secondary water barrier, permit and inspections. Roof replacement in Fort Myers

Replacement by roof type

A different covering is a different conversation.

Shingle, metal, tile and low-slope fail in different ways, carry different code requirements, and give you a different set of questions worth asking before you sign anything.

Shingle

The common one, and the one where the underlayment specification matters more than the brand on the shingle. Florida permits three ways to build the secondary water barrier and they do not perform alike — ask which one is in the quote.

Metal

Standing seam or exposed fastener, and that choice decides what you are maintaining for the next thirty years. Coastal corrosion, panel alloy, finish grade, and what a Florida Product Approval actually covers.

Tile

The tile is a rain screen. The underlayment beneath it is the waterproofing, and it is what expires — which is why a lift-and-relay is often the right answer rather than a full replacement.

Flat & low-slope

A flat roof is not flat, and most low-slope failures in Florida are drainage problems rather than membrane problems. Ponding, tapered insulation, and the attachment method that matters most in a hurricane county.

What we don't do

A replacement shouldn't be anyone's first suggestion, and on a lot of roofs it isn't the right one. Be aware that we're paid by the contractor when a job goes ahead — so weigh what we tell you accordingly, and hold us to the photographs. A fair number of the reports that come back say the roof has years left in it.

We don't door-knock after storms. We don't offer to "handle your claim", because that would be unlawful under s. 626.854(16), Florida Statutes. We don't offer to waive or absorb your deductible, because s. 489.147 makes that insurance fraud.

And we don't do gutters, soffit-only jobs, solar, standalone pressure washing or attic insulation. There are people who do those things properly and we're not them.

How the first visit works

You call, we ask what you're seeing and whether water is coming in right now. That answer decides where you go in the queue — not the size of the potential job.

A contractor comes out, walks the roof where it's safe to, looks in the attic where there's access, and photographs everything. Usually about an hour, and we arrange it.

You get a written report with the photographs, sorted into urgent, can wait, and honestly fine. If there's work to do, there's a price with the assumptions written down.

Then you decide. One follow-up call to check the report arrived, and that's the end of it unless you call us.

How we price the work

Start with the free inspection.

About an hour on site. Photographs and a written report, whether or not you ever hire us.
