What we collect

If you call us, we keep a note of your name, phone number, property address and what you told us about the roof. If you email or use a form on this site, we keep what you sent. If your roof is inspected, we keep the photographs and the report.

This site uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. That data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you.

Why we keep it

To do the work, to answer questions about work we've already done, and because roofing records matter later — at a sale, at a claim, or when a repair we did five years ago comes up again. A photograph from a 2024 inspection is genuinely useful in a 2029 argument about when damage started.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except where we need to in order to do the job: Lee County for a permit application, a material supplier for an order, or your insurer or adjuster where you have asked us to send them documentation. We don't sell contact details, we don't trade lead lists, and we don't pass your details to other contractors.

How long we keep it

Job records and inspection reports: as long as they might reasonably matter, which for roofing is years rather than months. Enquiries that didn't become work: we clear those out periodically.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we're required to keep a record of permitted work. Ask us to stop contacting you and that's the end of it — we don't run a re-marketing campaign in the first place.

Cookies

This site sets what it needs to function and to count visits. It does not carry advertising trackers or third-party remarketing pixels.
