Four cities in Lee County, covered properly, rather than a service radius we cannot reach on the day you need us.
We work across four cities in Lee County, all within a reasonable drive of our office on Cypress Lake Drive in Fort Myers. We would rather cover a tight area properly than claim a service radius we cannot actually reach on the day you need us.
Each of these pages sets out what we actually see on roofs in that city, which is different in each of them: exposure, roof covering, the age of the housing stock and which office issues the permit all change as you move around the county.
If your address is just outside one of these four, call and ask. The answer is often yes.
Fort Myers
Our home base on Cypress Lake Drive. Older shingle stock inside the city, newer tile east toward Daniels and Gateway.

Predominantly tile, mostly inside communities with an architectural approval step before any colour or profile change.

Closest to the Gulf, so corrosion on fasteners and flashing usually shows up before the covering itself fails.
